Looking for place to trade in USA, can't seem to find a good exchange

I'm working with millions, so I need to be able to use stoplosses and also be able to bet with margin. I'm currently on gemini, but need a better solution. I was able to sign up for bitmex using TOR, but it's a bit sketchy and I haven't been able to make the margin work correctly (it defaults back to 1x).

Is Gdax the only option for me?
