Increase Poloniex daily withdrawal limit above $25,000?

I have many millions in crypto, and I avoid Poloniex due to it's tiny daily limits. It takes me months to get my cryptos back into a hardware wallet after making a trade.

There is other exchanges that offer higher/no limits, but they don't have the volume that Poloniex does.

Any way to increase it?
