Getting into cryptocurrency

Hey guys, i've been reading up and wanting to get into this. I think i am going to use Bitpanda since im in Europe. Im not looking to day-trade , maybe a couple of times a year? Would you say it's smart to invest most (~500EUR) in Ethereum? And maybe another 100 in lite? Do you experienced guys have any tips? Thanks in advance!
