Due to drop, shd I sell portion BTC, into Tether?

With the recent bull run on BTC but now dropping, should I sell off a percentage (25%?) and buy something like Tether that’s been performing well and speculated to do even better, later to move back to BTC? Or should I leave it alone and get the max 1:1 coinage on the BX2 split?
