Thoughts on TenX(PAY)? Going moon soon? Shitcoin?

What are your thoughts on TenX? The only crypto debit card with an already functioning prototype, seems like they constantly keep their crowd updated extensively and recently announced all ERC-20's to be usable on it, plus possible partnership with VISA. Yet the charts on this one only seem to be going back and forth. Is PAY just waiting to go moon? Should I get into this coin? Should I stay away from it? What do you think?
