poloniex verification level

I just registered at poloniex because I'm looking to start trading with some cryptocurrencies. However there doesnt seem to be an option for level 1 verification http://ift.tt/2xYo4xe (screenshot)this is all I get, the level 3 verification screen and I cant use my account for anything wtihout filling in all this info. wtf is up with that? cant wait the half a year it takes to get verified on that site
