Am i too late to claim bitcoincash? I Had my Bitcoin in Electrum During the first fork.

newbie here-- i put all my Bitcoin into my Electrum wallet before the first (August) fork. After that I've bought more on Coinbase and keep sending to my wallet. Can i still collect BitcoinCash and BitcoinGold after the second fork? Am i too late to claim bitcoincash?
