ICO ended - Still don't have coins

Hey everyone a couple days ago the Etch.work ICO finished. I had purchased some coins shortly before the close. I checked MEW and my wallet still doesn't reflect my coins. So I have 2 questions.

  1. Am I supposed to do something to claim them that I haven't already done?
  2. How long does it typically take to get Coins issued after a ICO closes?
