Re-distribution of crypto market data

Traditionally publishing charts of data derived from financial market data (E.g. Futures data from the CME) has been a problem for a developer who wants to launch a site showing charts Etc. due to tight re-distribution rules.

Any idea what rules are in place in the crypto markets?
