Liqui Support ticket status. Ethereum deposit address changed.

Hey guys, I desposited some ethereum on the liqui ethereum wallet address i saved in my exchange. Already deposited a few times on this one. After some time the eth did not show up and i realized the thereum address changed. It is now stuck on this old address (looked it up on etherscan, where also all my old deposits are). I created a ticket at liqui exchange support but did not get an answer (9 days ago now). Do you know of similiar cases? What can i do to get into contact with their suport faster?
