Have got QTUM ERC20 tokens on MyEtherWallet.. What am I supposed to do when their Mainnet launches?

I saw their announcement on Twitter.. does anyone have any further instructions yet?

Or should I just send my tokens back to bittrex and let them handle the swap to keep it simple?
