Do Bittrex addresses change?

I cant find a firm answer on this. I need to know if the Bittrex addresses change or rotate (specifically BTC). For example, can I give someone my BTC address, and in 1-2 weeks, expect that BTC address still to be assigned to me and valid?

Trying to give people my exchange bittrex address, instead of my ledger nano S address so that I dont need the extra step of sending funds from my ledger to the exchange (bittrex).
