What's your 'Take Profit' strategy?

I would like to hear some strategies around taking profit on coins that have achieved gains.

Namely: At what point do you cash out of a coin? Is it based on a % gain, a gut feel that the coin has peaked after a pump?

Do you cash out your entire holding or only take profit on a portion?

What do you with your profit? Buy into the next coin, hold in Bitcoin, hold in Tether, cash out to fiat?
