LIQUI WITHDRAWAL ISSUES

I made a withdrawal of DNT yesterday , it took about 3 hours to process then when i got my txid it says unable to find transaction 20 hours later!

Can someone on the liqui team please respond to me on here so i can get my dnt withdrawal completed, I dont find it acceptable to have to wait so long and no replies to my tickets , sort out your customer service .

Everyone should be careful with Liqui , ill update this once it has been solved.
