Crypto world flooded

Is it me or is the crypto world getting invaded by 4chan/meme kids type folks? The same applies to the Telegram chat groups - all flooded with shitcoin/shit ico spam or questions which coin is the next eth or neo.

Does anybody know any closed/private crypto discussion boards? would love to see more talks on TA and investment strategies.
