BTC-e follow-up

Anyone have updates from the BTC-e seizure from a few weeks ago? I'm wondering if any of the other large exchanges bitfinex/poloniex are at risk of this type of closure as well. Anyone here lose any money on that exchange? I found this but it was pretty light on details.
