Is this normal or is the broker ripping me off/being wonky.

second time posting I realized the photo wasn't added.

I was trying to close out a trade after shorting and noticed the buy price that I couldn't change was 70 dollars higher than the actual price. I understand there is a difference between buy and ask, but 70 dollars seems pretty high. Is this common or is there something wrong with the Exchange?
