Is this common or is the broker ripping me off/being wonky?

I"m on Kraken exchange and trying to place a buy order. But the buy price is at 3093 when the actual price is clearly 3023, that you can see highlighted to the left. I understand there is a difference between buy and ask, but 70 dollars seems a bit wtf-y. Is this normal or is something wonky going on.

If I'm just being a dumb ass feel free to call me out on it. Thick skin and no shame.
