Idice (ICE) worth investing?

There was a lot of fuzz about iDice being a scammy ICO, and best not to invest couple of weeks ago. So price is relatively low. However there was this article I've come across (http://ift.tt/2tHJJpT) , stating it was a great investment opportunity. What do you guys think? And what is up with only offering it on Mercatox (what is that)???
