Exploiting different prices in different markets

I would like to know ehat would prevent someone from:

  1. Buying a crypto in market where it is cheaper

  2. Transfer it to a wallet in a market where it is more expensive

  3. Exchange it to a stable coinlike ustd

4.Transfer it to a wallet in the market where the original coin is cheaper.

  1. Repeat.
