Experience with Changelly?

I'm looking to possibly buy some bitcoin through changelly using CC and am wondering about their reliability? Most complaints I see are simply transfers taking a while which I don't see as a huge problem. If anyone here could tell me of their experiences with the site, that'd be a huge help. BTW I know other, more popular options are available such as Coinbase but it is not available where I live.
