SMS alerts with custom strategy?

Does anyone know of an app or trading platform that will allow you to set up custom SMS alerts?

I have a trading strategy that I'd like to try out involving volume, MACD, and Bollinger Bands, but I also have a 1 year old daughter, which means I can't be in front of the computer all the time. Alerts would really help let me know when to trade.

I know that tradingview.com will allow custom sms alerts, but you have to pay $60/month, which is a bit much to get some text messages (my phone plan costs less!). Are there any other sites that would let me set up what I needed to do?
