[Serious] What do you do to diversify your risk?

I have increased my stash significantly over the last few months. I took hug risks going 250% in a position multiple​ times. Now with the increased portfolio i am focusing on keeping the gains.

Currently i hold 10% USDT (I understand the risks of USDT but buying temporarily at a bloodbath is extremely hard otherwise), 10% BTC and 20% each of 4 alts (ZEC, MAID, LSK, CLAM).

So how do you guys diversify your risk? What strategy you use?
