How is IOTA up 11% with $6m volume

I'm expecting this to be a stupid question... but here goes:

How can IOTA be up 11% on a $1.2bn cap with only $6m in volume? Even if all $6m were buys wouldn't that only have a 0.5% impact on the cap?

Edit: this question appears to apply to all crypto listed, it just occured to me looking at IOTA because the huge cap and low volume stood out.
