Poloniex says I have an incorrect 2FA code!? I can't access my account please read

So I backed up my phone before factory resetting it and lost all of my google authenticator information. Luckily I still had my 16 digit keys saved and was able to get my 2FA codes back. I am able to get into Coinbase and Bittrex just fine but when I enter my 2FA code into Poloniex it keeps saying incorrect code?? Does anyone know of anything I can do or any suggestions? I can't even submit a ticket because I can't get into my account... Any help would be appreciated.
