Help, I can't close poloniex margin position for 5 days now.

I have submitted a support ticket, tweeted at them, sent private messages on reddit, yet no still no response for 5 days. Do I have any recourse? I keep accumulating lending fees as well as losing money to changes in the underlying.. I am out of options and losing money. Does anyone have any advice? Can anyone help?
