Coinbase canceling my purchases

Coinbase has repeatedly canceled all of my debit card purchases, I confirm the purchase and it says the currency will appear in my wallet instantly but when I go to my orders it says I have no transaction history and under my history it just cancels the payment. Is this an issue with my Debit card or with Coinbase? Are there any known fixes to this problem or anyone else having this problem?
