Caution!!! Poloniex is stealing from customers without explanation

It seems that the poloniex overrun the customers and is able to steal without any reply.

A few days ago I wanted to withdraw one eth and it has been left in awaiting approval.

It took more than a week and I sent several tickets without any reply.

Beware of Poloniex are a great exchanger bullshit.
