3 weeks awaiting poloniex verification, looking for advice.

Hi all, I've been patiently waiting for three weeks for a level 2 verification at Poloniex and haven't even got a reply yet. I've been respectful and have only been posting a couple of times in the same ticket, but now I'm considering creating a new ticket.

Any advice on this?

Is three weeks still normal after they increased their support?

Any other ways to try to speed up the process?

Any feedback appreciated
