Poloniex level 2 verification takes weeks!

I have applied for 'level 2 verification' and still waiting for it. How long will I have to wait until I get it? At the very beginning I received one auto-generated email and nothing from the support team so far.

Does anybody know what's going on there? Beginning to get worried....
