Anyone use Coinigy?

I am a NY resident so many exchanges do not allow me to trade. Coinigy apparently lets users trade on their listed exchanges and so I was wondering if this would be a way for me to do so. Does anyone have any insight into Coinigy's onboarding/trading restrictions which may be relevant here?
