What are peoples thoughts on GRC?

I have recently noticed that when BTC falls, alts seem to follow suit (if i look at the last month or so on the charts). What's interesting is GRC seems to pump when the major alts and BTC go down.

To me, Gridcoin is a fantastic idea tech wise, its super cheap and its pretty interesting as a stand alone technology (not just as an investment).

I was wondering people's thoughts on GRC over the next year.....Pretty sure Im going to buy but thought why not check. If there's a crash how do you think GRC would be affected?
