How many US based USD Exchanges are there left?

I'm looking to trade other Crypto and am looking for another US exchange. I'm rather skittish, this is what I was looking for:

  1. US Based under US legal jurisdiction
  2. Trades BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, XRP, DASH, LTC, NEO, ZEC
  3. Trades in USD (not USDT)
  4. Accepts deposits and withdrawals in USD (not in USDT)
  5. Accepts US customers

Is Kraken it? Does anyone know what states it can operate in? Do Krakens TOS really required that I only trade Crypto on Kraken and nowhere else?
