These two concepts don't make sense
Ok guys I'm new to crypto trading. I only did a few trades so far (successful trades yeeey).
I am learning new things every day, watching videos etc. Everybody (datadash, suppoman) says these two things:
1) Buy low, sell high 2) Use stop loss
These two together don't make sense to me.
For example lets say I buy 1 Monero for $160. The price goes down to $140. Why would I put a stop loss here? Instead I would rather buy more monero because the price is even better now (remember buy low, sell high).
Maybe stoploss is a good strategy if you are day trading, but I don't see it as a good thing if you are investing.
So how can I use the stop loss + buy low together?
