Is there anyway to get access to Overstock's ICO without being an institutional investor?

I tried to get an account on Saftlaunch but I don't think I'm even allowed on there without proof of being a millionaire, working for an investing company, etc. I'm sure in time the coin will make its rounds but I'd like to be a part of the launch if possible
