Country to use as non-resident

Hi everyone,

I have been trading for a while now, but I'm still not sure about the following, so I'll ask you guys. I am a Dutch national living in the US on a student visa (so non-resident). I pay income taxes on my stipend in the US. When I register on exchanges, should I select the US or the Netherlands as my country? They also ask for your address, which makes me think I have to select US, since I have no official address in the Netherlands anymore. Hope anyone can help, thanks!
