BTC on NanoS, how to get free Bitcoin Diamond 1:10??

I just heard something about another new hard fork off bitcoin, called Bitcoin Diamond. And here is where I’m unclear, if you move all or a portion of your btc to Binance, they will match your btc to fee 1:10 Bitcoin Diamond. And here I am with everything on a Ledger Nano S. So how can I/we really get this free high match Bitcoin Diamond, as this does sound a little bit too good to be true.
