Blockfolio question! Help appreciated

Under ‘Holdings’ why does the ‘Cost’ / ‘Net Cost’ of one of my transactions keeps changing? The price of the coin is going up, and the amount I spent on it is too, which doesn’t make sense.

If I spent 100 on something, it shouldn’t change to 105 if the token is now worth more (it should list that under ‘Market Value’).

So why is the amount I spent to buy something changing on its own? Maybe I’m missing something simple here. Thanks!
