Simple question regarding Coinsquare

I have a small BTC balance on my coin square account of 0.01506815 BTC. When i go to withdraw funds to send it to my wallet, it says my "Available BTC balance to withdraw is 0.00096350."

Why am I only allowed to withdraw such a small amount of my balance, also - it doesn't even allow me to withdraw it, because its less then the withdraw fee, which is .001 BTC.
