wtf is the deal with bittrex?

I'll go to buy OMG with my BTC. From my math, 0.02 BTC is the equivalent of approx. 10 OMG. But when I put in that I have 0.02 BTC, Bittrex tells me that 1 OMG is the maximum that I can purchase. What is the deal?
