Time to buy back?

I'm looking to get myself more Stellar Lumens, BitShares and Litecoin.

This are the ones that dropped the most and I expect them to bounce back the most. They are all fairly long in the market (3+ years), I don't like all the new coins/ICOs. They have survived until now and may live longer.

But am I already too late? Did the bounce happen?
