Successful deposit on bittrex but zero balance on bittrex wallet

So, I made a transfer from my ether wallet of some ADX to the bittrex wallet.

I can see on etherscan that the transaction was successful. On my deposit history on biittrex the balance is there. But I still have zero balance on my wallet...

I already opened a ticket with support but it's been more than a day and I still have no reply.

Has this ever happened to anyone? Have I lost my money?
