Poloniex - 4 Weeks on Pending Verification ? (First Stage)

Anyone is having the same problem ? I Provided all the needed photos, but didn't even get an answer for almost 4 weeks. Opened a ticket 3 weeks ago, nothing also...

I'm @ EU, do you recommend Kraken ? Or should I use coinbase+bittrex ?
