Icon adds KYC to Token Sale: no refunds for rejected submissions.

Just a heads up for anyone who is interested in the ICON ico: they've announced that they will add KYC to their token sale.

While reading the post I noticed this:

4. If your KYC does not comply to ICON terms-and-conditions or if you do not submit a KYC, your ICX will be locked on the ICON website. You will NOT get a refund.

I'm not sure if this is intended, or just bad translation. I have no interest in this ico, just want to warn people who intend to participate.
