FUD or HODL

Soo, since i recently got into crypto i bought pretty high, And since now news got out that china will ban shit at the end of sept, shit hit the fan and everything's chrashing...

I invested in several alt coins and right now im on a average of 25% So i was think about cuttin my losses on e.g eth and iota and invest the money in altcoins that are pretty low atm in the hope that if there will be a pump i can sell to compensate my losses...

Or am i over reacting and should i just HODL?

I know yall cant see into the future, but since there are more experienced traders in here i was hoping for some advice, thanks!
