BEWARE! Poloniex Ethererum Withdrawl Shows 'Complete', But TX Not Found on Etherscan. Happening to lots of people!

Poloniex history shows that the transaction is completed, but the txid provided by them is not found on Etherscan (or any other blockchain site). There are lots users reporting the issue on Bitcointalk and got their funds stuck! Txid: > 0x69c81b52b6c5b15986f54e51784e01eb201c47f1e2235a3af4575ed1f6a3ac26 u/Mike-Poloniex should look into it.
