USD Tether Exchange Question

I have some USDT that I need to exchange/convert to a crypto without verification. Bitfinex for example will not receive USDT without verification. I am looking for a way to convert it to a crypto prior to moving it (ETH preferably, or Bitcoin works). I know Shapeshift dropped support for Tether. Any other ideas? Thanks.
