The second alt run coming soon?

It seems quite obvious the first alt coin run in April/May was to accumulate Bitcoin by whales. A lot of these coins, especially RDD and DGB are in prime pumping zones. Now that BTC is at another all time high, does anyone else get the feeling were about to see another huge altcoin explosion for easy BTC accumulation?
