Poloniex Verificiation Issues

So after 70 days I finally get an email from Poloniex saying "Unfortunately the system was unable to verify the pictures that you sent, please browse to you Poloniex profile page and upload a new picture."

Proceed to upload new clearer file- "Can't upload, file is too large"

ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW! The site must be making so much cash right now can you not employ a few extra people to validate ID's. FFS
