I'm looking to invest into 2, maybe 3 alt coins. I've done quite a bit of research and have narrowed it down to the following

Lisk

IOTA

Ark

Nem

Factom

Monero

Just wanted to get a bit of advice and what people would choose and why. I'm looking to invest for 6-12 months.
